Shipping policy

We (Wood and Hide Designs) are not responsible once a package has been scanned in/accepted by a delivery agent. Processing times are not shipping times. Items are made to order and require time to be made. The processing time is not included in the delivering agents estimated delivery, these are two separate timelines.
